Horst FISCHER (naskiĝis en 1931; mortis la 26-an de junio 1987 en Rastatt) estis germana esperantisto, delegito de UEA, estrarano de BAVELO kaj aktiva movada organizanto ĝis sia malsaniĝo. Komence de junio 1987, du semajnojn antaŭ lia morto, en Rastatt okazis la 65-a Germana Esperanto-Kongreso, kies organizadon li preparis kaj ĝis la neatendita malsaniĝo gvidis. Multajn postajn jarojn la kongreso en Germana Esperanto-Asocio restis modela referenco de aparte taŭga renkontiĝo.[1]
El liaj infanoj, aparte la filino Simone Fischer-Sorg aktiviĝis en la Esperanto-movado.
