Horezu estas urbo en la rumana distrikto Vâlcea. Laŭ la stato de 2021 en la urbo vivis 6 467 loĝantoj sur areo de 117 kvadrataj kilometroj, kio rezultigas loĝdenson de 55 loĝantoj/km². Ĝi situas ĉ. 43 km okcidente de la distrikta ĉefurbo Râmnicu Vâlcea.
La urbo administras ankaŭ jenajn vilaĝojn: Ifrimești, Râmești, Romanii de Jos, Romanii de Sus, Tănăsești kaj Urșani.
Tra Horezu iras orient-okcidente la nacia vojo DN67 de Râmnicu Vâlcea al Drobeta Turnu Severin; DN65C iras suden al Craiova. Fervojan stacion la urbo ne havas.
Proksime de la urbo situas la Monaĥejo Horezu, kiun en 1690 fondis princo Constantin Brâncoveanu; ĝi estas monda kultura heredaĵo de Unesko.
