Henry George LIDDELL (6a de februaro 1811 – 18a de januaro 1898) estis dekano (1855–91) de Christ Church College (Oksfordo), vic-rektoro de la Universitato de Oksfordo (1870-74), estro (1846–55) de Westminster School[1] (kie hejmo portas lian nomon), aŭtoro de A History of Rome (1857), kaj kunaŭtoro (kun Robert Scott) de la monumenta verko A Greek-English Lexicon,[2] kiu estas ankoraŭ uzata de studentoj de la greka.
