Fred BRAMLEY (1874 - 1925) estis la dua ĝenerala sekretario de la brita Trade Union Congress (TUC).
Li naskiĝis en Pool proksime al Otley en West Riding of Yorkshire. Bramley laboris kiel lignaĵisto kaj membriĝis en Independent Labour Party. Li ankaŭ agadis en la Clarion-movado, iĝis oficisto de unio National Amalgamated Furnishing Trade, kaj kiel TUC-asistanta sekretario en 1917 kaj ĝenerala sekretario en 1923.
