Frank J. ROGERS (naskiĝis en 1909; mortis en oktobro 1992) estis brita esperantisto kaj UEA-delegito en Ilford (Anglio).
Kiel membro de Brita Esperanto-Asocio ekde 1938, li estis kelkajn jarojn prezidanto de ties Orienta Federacio. Inter 1973 kaj 1975 li prezidis la britan sekcion de Kristana Esperantista Ligo Internacia.
