Frank GOODLIFFE (naskiĝis 1897 - mortis komence de novembro 1974 en Notinghamo, Britio) estis brita esperantisto, kiu en la Brita Movado aktivis depost la jaro 1924, kaj funkciis kiel delegito de UEA dum 35 jaroj. Inĝeniero laŭ la eduko, Goodliffe estis asekuristo kun propra kompanio, en kiu la ŝildoj pri Esperanto ĉiam okupis okulfrapan lokon.
