Fleming FULCHER (mortis en januaro 1947) estis brita esperantisto kaj Esperanto-vortaristo.
Fulcher "kun laŭdo" akiris la "Diplomon de Brita Esperanto-Asocio" (D.B.E.A.) kaj la diplomon de Esperanto-instruisto de la Londona komerca ĉambro.
En 1910 li komencis kompili kun Bernard Long tre popularan vortaron anglan-esperantan (English-Esperanto Dictionary), kies unua eldono tamen aperis nur en 1921. Ĝi estis plurfoje reeldonita kaj represita: 2a rev. eld.: 1925 [1926], repr. 1949 (aperis kun mallonga enkonduko de Bernard Long post la morto de Fulcher), 3-a rev. plil. eld. 1962 (surbaze de la aldonoj kaj ĝustigoj de Long), repr. de la 3-a eld. en 1985, 4-a eld. poste[1].
