Eisack ([Ajzak], itale Isarco, ladine Isargh) estas la dua plej grava rivero de Suda Tirolo. Ĝi fontas proksime de montpasejo Brenero. La plej grava tiuregiona tra-alpa vojo (aŭta, fervoja) sekvas ĝian valon.
Pro sia granda niveldiferenco la rivero servas al la produktado de elektro, ekzemple ĉe Franzensfeste, Klausen kaj Waidbruck.
