Dutch SCHULTZ (denaske Arthur Simon Flegenheimer; 6a de aŭgusto 1902 - 24a de oktobro 1935) estis Novjorka german-juda usona gangstero de la 1920-aj kaj 1930-aj jaroj kiu riĉiĝis pere de agadoj rilataj al organizita krima agado kiel kontraŭleĝaj kontrabando de alkoholaĵoj kaj loterioj.
