Cthulhu ([kəˈθuːˌluː], Esperantigite Ĥtulho) estas giganta monstro kreita de H. P. Lovecraft, kiu unue enplektis ĝin en la novelon The Call of Cthulhu. Li estas unu el la Egaj Malnovaj Uloj. Kvankam li aperas plejmulte en La Voko de Cthulhu, li ankaŭ aperetas en aliaj noveloj de Lovecraft. Verkisto August Derleth donis al la monstro egan rolon en la Mito Cthulhu, serioj da noveloj, kiu ekspansiis la universon, kiun fondis Lovecraft.
