Cipseloj estas la birdoj kiujn enhavas la du genroj Cypseloides kaj Streptoprocne. Ili formas la tribon aŭ subfamilion Cypseloidini ene de la familio de Apusedoj. La grupo enhavas ĉirkaŭ 13 speciojn en Ameriko, ĉiuj ene de tropikaj kaj subtropikaj regionoj. Ili estas laŭ multaj kriterioj tipaj membroj de la Apusedoj, ĉar havas mallarĝajn flugilojn taŭgajn por rapida flugo. Temas pri du tre similaj genroj kaj kelkaj specioj ne estas tutcerte kaj finfine lokitaj en unu el la du, sed male laŭ kelkaj fakuloj estas en la genro Cypseloides kaj kelkaj aliaj en la genro Streptoprocne, kiel okazas ĉe la Blankkola cipselo (Streptoprocne zonaris) aŭ la Brunkola cipselo (Cypseloides rutilusaŭ Streptoprocne rutila).
