La Cingiralo (Mentocrex beankaensis) aŭ Cingia arbarralo estas specio de birdoj en la familio Sarothruridae. Ĝi estas endemia de arbaroj de Madagaskaro.
Ĝi estas endemia de areoj kun sekaj falfoliaj arbaroj kaj kalkoŝtona karsto en la malaltaj teroj de okcident-centra Madagaskaro. Ĝi estas pli granda ol la Kioloida mentokrekso, kaj ankaŭ diferenciĝas laŭ la koloro de la gorĝo, liphara strio kaj regiono ĉirkaŭ la okuloj.
Tiu specio estis iam metita en la genron Canirallus kun la Kioloida mentokrekso kaj la Okula kaniralo. Molekula genetika studo publikigita en 2019 trovis, ke la Kaniralo ne estas proksime rilata al la arbarraloj. Tiuj arbarraloj estis tial translokigitaj al revivigita genro Mentocrex.[1][2]
