Chilia - jen rumane, prononco [kilia], hungare Pácafalu - estas vilaĝo en Rumanio sudoriente de Satu Mare. En 1910 ĝi havis 465 loĝantojn (rumanoj, hungaroj), en 1992 estis 313, kaj laŭ la stato de 2021 en la komunumo vivis 261 loĝantoj. Ĝia unua mencio skriba estas el 1370. Ĝis 1919 kaj inter 1940 kaj 1944 ĝi apartenis al Hungario (Szatmár vármegye). Administre ĝi apartenas al Homoroade.
