Brienner Straße [briˈɛnɐ] estas unu el la kvar gravaj luksostratoj en Munkeno krom la Ludwigstraße, Maximilianstraße kaj la Prinzregentenstraße.

La strato ekiras de la Ludwigstraße sude de la placo Odeonsplatz kaj trairas la antaŭurbon Maxvorstadt en okcidentan direkton. Je tio ĝin subdividas la placo Wittelsbacherplatz , poste la kruciĝo kun la ringstrato Altstadtring, la placo Karolinenplatz kaj finfine la placo Königsplatz, ĝis kiam Brienner Straße enbuŝigas en Stiglmaierplatz. Ĝia daŭrigo nomiĝas Nymphenburger Straße.
