Arthur NOBES (naskiĝis 1905 - mortis la 17-an de decembro 1988 en Norwich, Anglio) estis esperantisto de pli ol 50 jaroj.

Aktiva en la laborista E-movado dum la tridekaj jaroj, li aperigis en 1983 mallongan historion pri Brita Laborista Esperanto-Asocio kaj la Internacio de Proleta Esperantistaro. Inter 1963 kaj 1967 li redaktis The British Esperantist. Antaŭ sia morto li komencis biografion de la brita pioniro Montagu Christie Butler.
