Althodis

Althodis, hungare Óhodász, kroate Stari Hodas estas vilaĝeto en Aŭstrio, en la federacia lando Burgenlando kaj en distrikto de Oberwart, en municipo de Markt Neuhodis. La hungara loknomo signifas: malnova-kastoro-ĉasisto, la aliaj du nomoj estas transpreno el la hungara.

Situo

Althodis troviĝas flanke de monto laŭ negrava flankovojo. Rechnitz estas 7 km-ojn.

Historio

La unua mencio troviĝis en hungara dokumento en 1374 en formo "Hodaz". En 1532 la turkoj detruis kaj senhomigis la vilaĝon, en 1559 familio Batthyány [batjAnji] refondis ĝin. En 1910 vivis en la komunumo 336 homoj (germanoj en majoritato, ciganoj en minoritato). Ĝis Traktato de Trianon Óhodász apartenis al Hungara reĝlando, al Vas (reĝa departemento), al distrikto de Kőszeg, poste al Aŭstrio, inter 1938-1945 al Germanio.
