Alchemy

"Alchemy" estas la angla vorto por Alkemio.

Alchemy estas familio de malmultpotencaj procesoroj por enmunteblaj aparatoj. La procesoroj baziĝas sur MIPS arkitekturo. Originale la familion kreis firmao AMD, sed poste ĝin aĉetis Raza Microelectronics kaj ekde 7-a de julio 2006 la procezoroj tenas tiun markon.

Alchemy-procezorojn oni uzas por enmunteblaj disponaĵoj, aparte por maldikaj klientoj de familio Sun Ray 2. Ilin subtenas operaciumoj Microsoft Windows CE.NET, VxWorks aŭ Linukso. Ekzistas entuziasmuloj, kiuj funkciigis BSD-operaciumojn kun Alchemy, sed oficiale tio ne estas subtenata.
