La Akoj estas nomada pigmea tribo de Afriko, pli precize el la Centr-Afrika Respubliko. Ili estas popolo da ĉasistoj kaj plukistoj, kaj cetere komercas kun la Ngbandi-farmistoj.
Ili inventis kompleksan, polifonian muzikon, kiu estis atenteme studita de pluraj muzikologoj kiel Simha Arom kaj Mauro Campagnoli.
