Affligem (nederlande, proksimuma prononco [Afliĥem]) estas municipo en Belgio, en la nederlandlingva provinco Flandra Brabanto kiu ĉirkaŭas la Bruselan Ĉefurban Regionon. Komence de januaro 2016 la municipo havis 13 079 loĝantojn. Ĝi apartenas al la distrikto (aŭ arondismento) Halle-Vilvoorde.
Ekde 1977 la municipoj Essene, Hekelgem kaj Teralfene apartenas al Affligem, la ĉefa municipo.
