Managers

• Any managers born in Wales or to Welsh parents.
• Any managers who have managed a club in Wales or in the Welsh football league system.

Referees

• Any referees born in Wales or to Welsh parents.
• Any referees affiliated to the Football Association of Wales.

• Any clubs located in Wales (including Cardiff City, Swansea City, Wrexham, Newport County, Merthyr Tydfil and/or Colwyn Bay)
• Any clubs that have played in the Welsh football league system (including The New Saints).

• Any club competitions organised by the Football Association of Wales.
• Any national team competitions involving the Wales national football team.
