Hello JSama! Thank you for submitting Draft:Summer solstice fire festivals in the Pyrenees, and welcome back to Wikipedia :)

I noticed that your initial edits had copy/pasted content from Eulac Museums' website. On Wikipedia, we cannot host copyrighted content (including close paraphrases) even if it's now only in the article's revision history. Let me know if you have any questions! Hello, and thank you for your message! I have never visited the Eulac Museum's Website, I would've cited it in that case. Any text that I copied and pasted (which I know l shouldn't have, but I used it to make sure I didn't forget anything) was from the UNESCO IHC website, which I believe it's the same source the Museum uses. In any case, how can I fix this? Thank you, JSama (talk) 06:20, 16 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
@JSama, ah, thanks for clarifying the source! The direct copy/pastes are fixed (no longer visible in the revision history), though it does seem like a handful of lines are still closely paraphrased from their source. E.g., the sentences beginning with They carry them... and The flames are considered.... It'd be good to rewrite these to not be paraphrases of the source text. Re: not forgetting anything, yep that makes sense. In future, I'd recommend taking notes on sources rather than pasting and reworking the sources' text. This ensures that you don't end up closely paraphrasing what they say, while still not missing any useful bits of info. Best, Vermont (🐿️🏳️‍🌈) 17:31, 16 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for your kind response. I will rewrite the parts you mentioned, and will apply your advice in the future. Thanks! JSama (talk) 12:09, 17 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
