REVIEWER: The vast majority of the sources fail to actually discuss the company in detail - the ones about the merger discuss acquiring a company, but only a couple of lines on the company. This means it fails to provide notability

The Business Today article looks excellent and satisfies the various requirements. However corporate notability requirements require multiple suitable sources.
