A Wikipedia article needs to be written from a neutral point of view, and must not promote its subject, as Theni Eswar did. For that reason, the article has been deleted. There were also other respects in which the article did not fit Wikipedia's standards, such as having no citations to reliable sources. My advice to new editors is that it is best to start by making small improvements to existing articles, rather than creating new articles. That way any mistakes you make will be small ones, and you won't have the discouraging experience of repeatedly seeing hours of work deleted. Gradually, you will get to learn how Wikipedia works, and after a while you will know enough about what is acceptable to be able to write whole new articles without fear that they will be deleted. Over the years I have found that editors who start by making small changes to existing articles and work up from there have a far better chance of having a successful time here than those who jump right into creating new articles from the start.. If you are connected to someone or something you have written about (a few examples are writing about yourself, your business, your band, a member of your family, your client) then you should be aware that Wikipedia's conflict of interest guideline discourages you from writing about that subject. Hello, Bhusyma. Thank you for helping to build Wikipedia-- the world's largest free content encyclopedia. I'm sorry, but  Theni Eswar has been deleted as meeting WP:CSD#G11. "This applies to pages that are exclusively promotional and would need to be fundamentally rewritten to conform with Wikipedia:NOTFORPROMOTION." These must be rewritten from scratch from "reliable, third party sources unconnected to the subject." See WP:RS.

Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted. Users who do so may be blocked from editing. Promotional content is vigorously deleted. Wikipedia:Identifying blatant advertising#Typical signs of blatant advertising contains information about content to avoid. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia-- subjects must meet notability guidelines with reliable sources providing verifiable information.
