Anti-Corruption Commission of Namibia (ACC)

The anti-corruption commission of Namibia was officially inaugurated in 2006, 1 february by the president of Namibia His Excellency Hifikepunye Pohamba. The aim of the commission is to fight against corruption and was established under section 2 of the anti-corruption Act. 8 of 2003 [1]

Management

Upon its formation and inauguration Paulus K. Noa was appointed as Director and Adv EL van der Merwe as Deputy Director. [2]
