My name is David, and I have been using Wikipedia as a resource for quite a while now. My first interest in Wikipedia came about when researching some sports trivia, specifically about Alex Ovechkin.

In addition to my interests in sports, I also follow the television and film industry. I'll note that NBC is a client of my employer and when participating in articles where I may have potential conflict of interest, I will take care to follow Wikipedia's policies on WP:NPOV, WP:COI and WP:V, as well as WP:RS. In the interest of being bold, I'll go forth with non-controversial edits; however, when I think that others may wish to weigh in, I'll be proposing more significant edits on the article's talk page -- in order to reach consensus.

As a new editor, I'm open to feedback and if you have any comments related to my edits, please let me know with a post on my talk page.
