Shwmae, I'm Welshman25. My real name is Robert, but preferred being called Rob, and I was born on 2 October 1988 in the town of Aberystwyth,Wales. I have lived in Aberystwyth for all but one year of my life. I did live in Cardiff for a year whilst studying at Cardiff University, before returning to Aberystwyth to study at the university here instead.

I am currently in my second year of my university degrees, having found out the hard way that Computer Science wasn't the subject for me thanks to dislocating my ankle and braking my Fibula playing Rugby. I therefore decided to switch courses and also decided to move universities, I am now studying History at Aberystwyth University.

Cymraeg is my first language and have spoken the language from a very early age. Its a sad fact that many people in Wales do not speak it. It's such a beautiful language and a language that is apparently used by J. R. R. Tolkien as a base for Elvish language in The Lord of the Rings. It is also rumoured that Welsh is the language spoken by the Gods also.

I am a big sports fan and in football I am a supporter of Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C., I also follow American Football and in particular the Dallas Cowboys in National Football League. I am also a keen player and follower of Rugby union and to me is one of the greatest sports out there, and I support both the Cardiff Blues and London Welsh RFC. Of course being Welsh and loving rugby means I am also a massive follower of the Welsh national team.
