History

Fuente Divina became a band after Pastor Edwin Moreno thought there was a need for a worship team. He had previously offered other people the chance to be part of the worship team but thought he needed more than just a worship team. His initial plan was to develop a church band that would travel to different places to minister their songs. One of his first challenges was finding people that would stick to his original vision. He also faced the problem of having members with little experience. The first band was composed of two vocals, a pianist, a bass playey and a drummer. In the following year, FD began practicing for their first album; which was a first time experience for all the members.

First Album

After practing hard and composing their own songs, the band decided they were ready for their first project. The recording took place in Perry, Iowa during a span of one day. CD Champion from the city of Los Angeles were contracted and given the task of producing FD's first album entitled: "Dame de Beber". The whole process was an ongoing transformation for the band. They began traveling more and more around the locality of the Midwest. Playing in many churches around the Minneapolis, Minnesota, South Dakota, and Illinois.
