John Y Brown, Jr. for their work with mentally handicapped youth and adults, My father was given his by Wallace Wilkinson for his work on behalf of the Thoroughbred Addiction Council of Kentucky, and mine was awarded for my volunteer work with homeless alcoholics and addicts.
