Terry Lipovski is an international Executive Coach and Leadership Training Facilitator based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He is the Founder and President of Ubiquity Consulting Inc. Terry helps organizational leaders and presenters maximize impact, inspire action and improve organizational performance. With a unique background in both occupational psychology and corporate leadership. Terry has served in leadership roles at Apple Inc, Bell Canada and Rogers Communication, and as a GCCS Board Director. He has worked with clients in over 20 countries. including Microsoft, HP, GE, Tesco, Enbridge, TD Bank, Air Canada and numerous departments within the Government of Canada. As an IAC Certified Masteries Coach, Terry specializes in team building, engagement, strategy, relationships, balance, presence and presenting skills. Terry serves on the Board of Governors for the International Association of Coaching (IAC), he is a Professor at the Algonquin College School of Business, a TEDx Speaking Coach, Podcast Host and Author.

During his early career, Terry was a founding member of the Norco Trick Team (aka Norco Freestyle Team), a BMX bicycle stunt team that performed areal ramp stunts and ground balance tricks for Vancouver, BC-based Norco Bicycles, the largest manufacturer of bicycles in Canada. The Norco Trick Team was based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada from 1982 to 1989. Fellow core team mates of the Norco Trick Team include Patrick Lipovski, Kirk ("Captain Kirk") Bihun and Brent Christensen. The team travelled extensively in Western Canada during the 1980s, performing BMX Freestyle Shows at fairs, shopping malls and trade shows, introducing audiences to a unique style of bicycle stunt riding that predates the X-Games by a decade. Other team members participated in the at various points, including Mark Miller (announcer), Max Peets (announcer) and Darren Nordell (stunt rider). The Norco Trick Team was featured in articles in several leading sport publications at that time, including BMX Action, BMX Plus and Freestylin' Magazine, and they were featured stunt riders in the 1985 cult-hit Hollywood motion picture "Rad! The Movie".
