Zeno Daniel Sustac (born March 5, 1976) is an attorney, insolvency practitioner and mediator, Co-President of the National Union of Mediators from Romania. He also is a advisor to the permanent committee of the board of mediation in Romania since 2009 and president of the comission for promoting mediation. He also is arbitrator of the Court International Commercial Arbitration. Since 2009, he has been working on a doctorate in Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Philosophy Faculty of the University of Cluj. Sustac wrote and co-wrote: "Independent Report Concerning Mediation and the Mediation Profession in Romania"(2007), "Alternative Dispute Resolution" (2008),"Mediation, standards and procedures"(2009) and "Mediation guide" (2009). He also wrote articles about mediation: "Mediation in the Criminal Law","The Romanian Mediator" and "Mediation in Romania". He also is the co-editor of the Mediation magazine (Revista Medierea)and a scientific researcher in ADR field. Sustac is a promoter of mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution in Romania.
