Hi there, if you're here then there's been a big mistake. In any case, the door is right behind, passed the hall of inexplicably large furniture & tiny desk lamps. By the minute chance that you came here on purpose, then you've made a bigger mistake. There is nothing to see here, and I implore you to leave before you get too bored.
Welcome to the page of TheHopefulInformationalist![1] My account was created in 2019 (nearly 7 years ago!) because I realized that the page for Berwyn, IL was woefully undercooked. I had come back a 5 years later (and still counting as of 4/13/2026 @ 1:16pm CDT) as I realized I have no life to call my own, and spend my evenings researching about topics such as:
- Why the labels on the back of the Windex[2] say I'm not allowed to drink it.
- Who the hell is Steve Jobs?
- Was Amadeus Mozart the first furry musician?
- Why is the paper proving photon pressure theory gatekept by higher learning institutions and The Smithsonian?
To keep things brief, I am an assistant teacher who is currently pursuing an Engineering degree, with my future goal of becoming a mechanical engineer specializing in optics/astrophysics. Outside of that, I may occasionally come out into to the world to do some things I find interesting, such as music, the arts, or bullying small children on Fortnite. If you've met me somewhere around the Chicago metro, don't feel afraid to say hello!.
