Ivan "apehog" Ruesta is an amautuer gamer soon to become a proffesional gamer. Born in Quito Ecuador, he and his family moved to the USA for a better life. Apehog is in the Guinness Book of World Records for completing the longest Lan party which lasted for 36 hours at Nvision 2008 in San Jose, California, USA from 25 to 27 August 2008. [1]. Ivan is the only world record holder from Nvision featured by the World leader in visual computing technologies on the nvsion 08 website![1] Apehogs first video game console that he owned was the original Gameboy which was givin to him from his mom who she found at school. For Gameboy he played Kirby's Dreamland as his first game and then he got Pokemon Blue version soon after. Apehog had a passion for gaming as a kid, his second console that he owned was a Nintendo 64 that he got from his brother as a christmas present in december of 1999. Ivan's parents were always upset when Ivan played too much games. The video games were repeadetly taken away from him by his parents and older brother, but that did not stop Ivan "apehog" Ruesta's passion for gaming. Ivan then after owning N64 for a long time got a Nintendo DS again as a christmas present in 2004. But soon Ivan discovered that console gaming was not for the win and not the way it's meant to be played. So he discovered the power of PC gaming. Ivan is a pc gamer enthusiast owning a liquid cool pc running quad SLI. Ivan Ruesta founded a comany, now the CEO of Maximum Game PC a computer building company which operates on Ebay. Ivan is constantly training to become pro one day, he has moslty attended Intel Lan Fest as of now. He aspires to become a Game maker and is pursuing the bachelor of inovation at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs for Game Design and Development.
