Sy Young SA
born 09 August 1985), better known by his stage name Sy Young SA, is a South African hip hop musician, songwriter and record producer. He is most known for the single "Put It On Me" featuring King Jay and Slang G,
early life Eric Seloma originates from Hammanskraal in the Gauteng Province. He started rapping at the age of nine, having been influenced by his older brother who was a producer at the time.[1] He eventually mastered the process of music production and began adding his vocals on the beats he was making, later signing to Hammanskraal artist management company, Sy Music Recordings.[2] The stage name 'Sy Young SA' was given to him by the first producer he ever worked with.[1] He looks up to fellow South African rappers AKA, Khuli Chana and Reason, and stated that he was motivated by their work ethic.
