Hello and welcome to my userpage. I am SpectroscopicJ, a Wikipedian from Scotland who joined Wikipedia on 22 July 2012.
About Me
I am a spectroscopist and University academic currently working at the University of Edinburgh, and unbeknown to my colleagues reading a part-time degree in law. As a general rule I tend to avoid editing science based articles and articles on topics related to my work. I usually work on articles that I have a personal interest in, particularly those that fall within the scope of WikiProject Edinburgh and have a political or legal theme.
