He is an outspoken advocate of free software in the corporate world, as well as a general technology enthusiast.
Mr. Kay currently consults with a broad range of industries and government sectors on technology evolution, emerging systems, reducing costs through strategic deployment of free and open source,software, and forming agile and effective R&D teams.
