Edward Murray (born December 11, 1983),[1] professionally known as Sledgren or Sledro, is an American record producer. Sledgren is a In-House producer for Taylor Gang. He gained recognition in the hip hop industry producing songs for Wiz Khalifa and Mac Miller and signed to Taylor Gang in 2011. Becoming most popular for his work on the mixtape Kush & OJ by Wiz Khalifa.  

Career

In the early 2000s Sledgren began going to the studio with Chevy Woods (Kev Tha Hustla) and figured out he didn’t need all the big keyboards to be a music producer. (1)

Pittsburgh native and superstar Wiz Khalifa started working with Sledgren in 2006 and then went on to produce a majority of Khalifa’s Prince of the City 2 mixtape (2008).

Sledgren also produced records on Wiz Khalifa’s Star Power (2008) and Flight School (2009). Deal or No Deal was the first studio album that Sledgren had production featured. In 2011, XXL magazine recognized Sledgren as one of the best up-and-coming hip-hop producers, noting his more recent work with Wiz Khalifa. (2)

In 2013 Wiz Khalifa Drops Sledgren-Produced “Look Into My Eyes” (3). In December 2019  Taylor Gang Producer Sledgren Releases Debut Instrumental Album "Sagittarius Luv”. (4)  Sledgren released a R&B album  in May of 2020 titled Can’t Sleep: R U Up? featuring Kris Hollis (Taylor Gang), Suzanne Sheer, The Mxxnlight, Lyfe Harris, Sirdre, 909Memphis, & Justize. (5)
