The article was appropriate for the material and written in neutral scientific tone. It had 61 references that were well linked and all cited. I'm not sure why this is rates as a C class article, however interleukin 10 is of interest to me because my father has multiple sclerosis so I feel possibly I could add to the section regarding that.

Myelin again plays into the factors surrounding multiple sclerosis and would be a subject I would want to cover. The article is decently written in the proper scientific style with 17 good references and additional readings, one of which includes info on similar material to the additional source I mention below. Given that it is given a C rating, I feel the article could be fleshed out a little more.
