Uthman Olalekan Shogo started his early career is a young farmer and passionate about agribusiness. He is well to do with career development and capacity building.  He is a Graduate from the prestigious university of Ilorin  in  the  year  2016. He went to further serve as a youth Corper at Enugu State. He is certified with British International Safety Organisation as Health and Environment professional which is affiliated with risk assessment from the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR)

Shortly after completion of the service year, he secured a job with a multinational company Tan Agro Limited. Through combination of working experience and quest to furthering his education, he applied to the same institution as a postgraduate student.

On the 4th of April 2020, he was appointed to serve as a member of Peacfulmind Foundation Nigeria. He was able to roll out experience in the same role as an ambassador to Mohammed Bin Rashid University (MBRU), also gained much experience with the World Health Organisation and Harvard Medical School; Postgraduate Degree. The longing opportunity to help the youth in capacity building in Nigeria pushed him to initiate the National Association of Youth in Commerce, Industry, Agriculture, Oil and Energy (NACOYA) which had an unincorporated trustees. Also, he was appointed as an International Partner at the World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF), the  Forum is proud to have the African Development Bank as the board member.
