This account, abandoned but never blocked after Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/Hkelkar is now easily confirmed as a sockpuppet based upon simple Google searches of the email IDs atached to the two accounts. I'm hesitant to release it myself (though I will forward it to any interested admins) since it connects to the real-life identity of this person, but I doubt there will be any objection to this block.
