Sayed Asif Jah Rizvi[1],better known as Sayed Asif Jah is a Hindi Film Industry Producer Belongs to a respected family of Zamindars of Barabanki[2], Uttar Pradesh. He has been a print & electronic media Journalist for long time and worked with leading publications and Media Houses[3]. He worked for Print, Electronics and Web media and for Hindi, Urdu and English languages[4]. Joined the film industry in early 90’s as a chief assistant Director with famous Filmmaker Late Mr Sultan Ahamad during his films like JAI VIKRANTA and RAAMA. Started own production house and been producing Feature Films, Documentaries, Ad Films, Corporate Films and TV Programs etc.

Career
Started ASR Media, in 1998 and Newsnet International (NNI) in 1999. In a short span of time successfully completed number of projects, which includes making of Ad Films, TV Serials, Current affair shows, Corporate Films, Product Films, Event Films, News Coverage and ENG Services to various News Channels etc. With noted filmmaker (Late) Mr. Sultan Ahmad for his Silver Jubilee film “Jai–Vikranta”. The Sanjay Dutt, Zeba & Amrish Puri starrer was released in March 1995. Also, for Mr. Sultan Ahmad’s another film “RAAMA” that was left unfinished due to his untimely demise.
Handled Mumbai news bureau for Sahara Newsline for six months. Covering Politics, Entertainment and General. The program was made by Mr. Vinod Dua. Live Coverage of Maharashtra State Polls, Union Budget-2000 and Bill Clinton’s Bombay visit etc, for Jain News. Also handled their Mumbai news bureau. News & Current Affairs’ stories and inputs for weekly shows like From Our Correspondent, Nazaria, Prime Slot and inputs for elections etc from Mumbai. Covering all sections i.e. Politics, Entertainment, Crime, Culture & Sports, including exclusive interviews & breaking News, some of which made Newspapers’ headlines across India.
Senior Reporter, with Hindi Daily eveninger “BAMBAI SANJH SAMACHAR” covering crime and state politics. Sub-Editor, with one of the Mumbai’s leading Hindi Daily evening newspaper “HAMARA MAHANAGAR”. Freelance writing for “AKHBAR-E-ALAM” Urdu Weekly, covering Crime, politics and entertainment. First job as Reporter, with “IN-DINON” A leading Urdu Daily, for its Lucknow edition.
1998 – 1999 Received prestigious “Zainabia Award” From Zainabia Trust, Mumbai, for Best Television Journalist.
1999 Jain TV’s Letter of appreciation, for live coverage during the Maharashtra state elections and Union Budget.
2002 Hindu Muslim Ekta Forum’s “Communal harmony Award” for innovative TV journalism.
2012 Participated and was honored by Lucknow Literary Festival in its opening edition.
2013 Received "Locations World Award, for shooting his debut film "Baat Bann Gayi" at Singapore, for best use of foreign locations by Indian Producer.
Personal Life
He is Married to Raft Rizvi and has three childrens Wasif Jah,Ali Medi and Daughter Kulshum
