Sanjay Razdan is a Global Business leader that engages people to drive growth, productivity and innovation. Leadership with over twenty years of International experience. Change Management, turn around of global businesses and maximizing human potential to grow top and bottom line.

Sanjay was born in Kashmir, India on May 7th, 1966. Sanjay did his higher secondary schooling in Burn Hall School & DAV H.S. School in Srinagar. Sanjay completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Regional Engineering College, Srinagar, Kashmir, India. During his school days, he was very active in sports, a house captiain, participated in Inter District Hockey team and also school cricket and soccer team. He joined TATA-Honeywell in Pune in 1989 and participated in launch of Honeywell H&BC division in India. Sanjay did his MBA from Vlerick Leuven-Gent Management school in St Peterburg in 1992/93 where he met Inge Vanfraechem. Inge and Sanjay are living together since then. Today, they have one daughter Anika who will turn 3 in Sept 2009. After completion of MBA, Sanjay joined Honeywell Int and worked in different roles till 2000. His last assignment in Honeywell was as Area General Manager for Central & Eastern Europe. Sanjay immigrated to Canada in 2000 and worked for a US based start up software company, Tridium Inc, where he set up their operations and partners in EMEA. Tridium Inc was bought by Honeywell in 2006. In 2002, Sanjay led a Boston based ERP business, Marcam, in Invensys plc. After successful turn around, the business was sold to Private Equity company. From 2004to 2008, he successfully turn around a startegic business unit of UK based Delarue Plc. Since autumn 2008, Inge, Anika and Sanjay are living in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada and enjoying every moment with Anika. Sanjay also keeps himself engaged with local tech association, books and having great time with family and friends. Going forward, Sanjay will explore to lead a midsize or division of a global Hi Tech/ Software company, board membership of 2-3 midsize companies and volunteer to share his international experience with local community and my global network.
