Usage: {{RA|hours|minutes|seconds|p=precision}}.

Formats an hour angle (expressed in hours, minutes and seconds), and in decimal degrees.

So {{RA|12|29|06.7|p=5}} displays as 12h 29m6.7187.27792°
and {{RA|12|29}} displays as 12h 29m187.25°

Note that the third argument, seconds, is optional.
The optional fourth parameter, p, sets number of decimals to display (defaults to 5).


CSS:

Default is to display in HMS but HM, degrees, DM & DMS can be displayed by adding some code to your monobook.css file: 

.AngleHMS  {display: none;}    /* suppress display of Hours Min Sec */
.AngleDeg  {display: inline;}  /* display in decimal degrees */

results in the display of the angle in decimal degrees only. (Note that more than one "display:inline" can be used but it's ugly.)
