Biography

Growing up in Wellington, New Zealand, I always loved talking about how things worked in our society. My family often discussed politics, which sparked my interest in making positive changes. Studying Political Science at the University of Auckland helped me understand how to create fairer opportunities for everyone. I got involved in community groups, focusing on helping rural areas and small businesses. It felt good to make a difference, so I decided to step into politics. Joining the National Party gave me a chance to speak up for people whose voices weren’t heard enough. I wanted to help rural areas grow and create more jobs. Working alongside friends like Youn, I learned that teamwork makes big things possible. We wanted to find ways for everyone in New Zealand to benefit, no matter their beliefs. My goal is to build a New Zealand where everyone has a fair shot at success. I’m committed to making our country better for everyone's future. Youn, my the older brother of Said, also a Member of Parliament, hails from Christchurch. His background in finance and strong dedication to social justice make him a valuable ally in their shared initiatives.
