SABRINA SIEGEL
Is a multidisciplinary artist that works in the mediums of Music, Photography, film and video, and performance.
She works to participate and illuminate the "magic" of being, which she explores, using a deep relationship to the body, and through a philosophy of "grace/precarious". In this vain, she creates situations, for the creation of art, that compromise her control of materials, such as playing electric guitar with piles of rocks, or as in her photographic work "Nature's Recompositions", leaving her photographic slides out to Nature for four years so that nature would interact and recompose the images there on (then printed as large photographic prints, the actual "landscape/abstractions" as Nature live them). In these ways bringing forth "grace" through the "precarious".
