Hi! My name is Scott Wiener and I am a professional Pizza Enthusiast. While I don't own a pizzeria, I am usually in one at any given moment. That's because I started a company in 2008 that teaches folks about pizza history, pizza science, pizza culture and pizza technology by taking them to pizzerias in New York City.

Now I find myself judging pizza competitions in Las Vegas, exploring century-old ovens in New York, milking water buffalo in Naples and writing article for pizza magazines. It's a dream come true.
