Riverland Airport or Kingston/Riverland Airport, (TC LID: CRL9), is a private aerodrome operating 5 nautical miles (9.3 km; 5.8 mi) north of Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
As a restricted airport, landing requires prior permission from the owner except in case of emergency. The airport consists of two grass runways with no winter maintenance. Due to powerlines, trees, and rising terrain, the southern threshold of both runways are displaced such that the usable runway length for each runway is 1,200 ft (366 m), suitable for small propeller-driven aircraft only. There are four radio tower obstructions within 1.1 nautical miles (2.0 km; 1.3 mi) including an unlighted radio tower 0.3 nautical miles (0.56 km; 0.35 mi) east of the threshold of Runway 22. The runways are soft in spring, and wildlife present on the runway surfaces is common.[1]
