  The Epsilon Epsilon Chapter of Alpha Eplsilon phi at Indiana University Bloomington was founded October 11, 1956. Alpha Epsilon Phi at Indiana University has dedicated its efforts to helping women become the best person they can be while in college and to ease the process of finding their place.  

The Chapter house is location on North Jordan Avenue which is dedicated for Sorortiy and Fraternity houses. This street is always flowing with students that are living on the street, it is a close commute to classes and easy to attend athletic games aswell.  

Alpha Epsilon Phi at Indiana Univierty encourgaes each member to be who they are and support extra ciricular activites including singing groups, club sports and intelectual clubs. Inspire and support exemplary women dedicated to liflelong friends. As our founders at Barnard College in NY, 1909 said many hearts on peurpose, as a chapter we build off of this. We have weekly meetings complementing huge successes of our sisters either academically or to rachother. We award each other by stating our saying in front of the chapter.

Philanthropic events are the heart of each sorority and of Epsilon Epsilon it is the most important day each sesmter. Our fall event is dedicated to Sharsheret which is a Womens Breast Cancer foundation. In the past we have collaborated with a fraternity to hold a huge event which included infaltables like jumpy castles and trampolines. This event raised a lot of money while always inivting the boys and girls club on Bloomington. There were also games that each member rotated at while interacting with our guests. We also had cotton candy machines and catered in other delicious food. These events are always important to us because we raise money and awareness for foundations that we love and have connections to. This past year we held our first event called Sugar Phactory which always benefited Sharsheret where we held an event at our house with sweet treats to satisfity a sweet tooth. This event was the first one while we shifted for the carnival like theme. It was success, and we will build off this event in the future. In the spring time our other philarnthpy we support is the Elizabth Glazier Pediatic Aids foundation. We host a late afternoon snack time. This is always fun for our members because we invite our friends and the weather is clearing up. Lastly, our last philanthropic event is a bake sale where all profits go to Douglas Stone High school in Parkland Florida. Many of our members familes were effected in the incidnet last year. Our chapter could not sit back and not do anyhting therefore we started a bake sale last year to send the money to the school to help the community. The one year anniversary just past while our members held another because of the success.  

Our members are from around the United States. Indiana is located in the Midwest and many of our members are out-of-state. We have a heavy influx of members from the East coast including ; Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. From the south we have; Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Alabama, Tennessee and Texas. Mid West; Ohio, Missouri, Kansas, Michigan, Nebraska and Indiana. Lastly West Coast including California and Arizona.
