Robin Athlyn Thompson is a master networker, ediscovery market strategist, and a thought leader in eDiscovery. Robin’s early career included nearly 20 years of work as a senior project paralegal managing high profile MDL litigation for some of the nation’s most prominent attorneys and on some of the most document-intensive litigation. Robin enjoys speaking to groups on issues dealing with the changing legal environment. Robin was a featured break-out speaker at the global legal symposium for Baker Hughes on the topic of the changing legal office environment; has spoken at a mentoring program for the U.S. Department of Justice; and has been interviewed for articles in magazines, including an article on the effect of Sarbanes-Oxley on the law office published in Legal Assistant Today, in addition to appearing in eDiscovery Today a Media Planet publication.

She current is a member of Sedona WG1, WG3, WG4, WG5, WG6, WG8, and WG9, and the National President of ALSP, on the Advisory Board of ACEDS, and the President Elect of AIIM Grand Canyon. Her prior board service includes ARMA Houston, ARMA Austin, ARMA Arizona, and Women in E-Discovery Houston Chapter

Robin has receved several awards from ARMA, including Chapter Member of the Year that was recognized at the ARMA International Conference in Las Vegas in 2008 for setting 2 years of attendance records, including the largest chapter meeting, a record which stands today.

In 2007, Robin was picked as a finalist out of hundreds of nationwide nominiees for a Stevie award recognizing her as Best Executive in a Service Industry in companies under 100 people. The New York Post calls the Stevies the Business World's OSCARS.
