DJ Rev, born Miko A. Evans on November 15, 1971, is an Independent Gospel Media personality, DJ and Producer born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. His production company, Rev Productions, Inc. is now celebrating 30 years of its conception, which was created while he was a Senior at Northside High School of the Performing Arts 1988-89.

Rev's passion for Gospel Music growing up is what led him to become a Researcher and Historian, and created the syndicated radio show, "Gospel Music (From The Old School)" as a way for audiences to remember the classics of the genre and to honor the heritage of Gospel and its contribution to American Pop music.
