Chef Lille researched by studying Nutrition first at West Los Angeles College and later taking an honorable Mention on a Stratford Diploma in Nutrition and Fitness. She found an animal organ that she boiled and used on herself for a matter of a week, by having it at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The right hand tendon came back to normal

Years passed on by and she has produced a collection of recipes for diversified health issues, being called "Easy Recipes by Chef Lille."


The number 2 book brings the recipe for tendonitis healing. It was also researched a way that unclogged tear ducts, as no medical suggestions could give a solution, other than inserting a pin in the very tear duct. Chef Lille went on to research in Nutrition and found a root that, having been fried, while being eaten still hot, would exhale a musk that went up the palate holes, through the nostrils and, finally, up the tear ducts, thus desobstructing them the right way, from inside out. That knowledge is shared with her 3rd book.

In her first book she introduces a dessert which uses no sugar, thus resolving the sugar issues problems for diabetics who crave for pastries.


On Easy Recipes 4 by Chef Lille she showcases a quality she found in whole grains, again by the study of Nutrition - it is not digested by the organism, but when inside there it absorbs cholesterol, taking them out of the body when discharged. She created a Weight-loss shake with the capability of lowering cholesterol in the body, shake by shake - what determined her to count calories in all of the recipes.


And when Halloween came, by carving a pumpkin, she discovered that, just by inserting her cut in the moist inner part, the finger came out healed and sealed up. The process of healing took about 2 minutes inside the pumpkin. Thus, she created a number 5 Recipes book by Chef Lille, name chosen for the use of recipes.


Thereafter, she worked on clearing up organs, and created a book of recipes for that, numbered 6.


Her 7th book deals with gum issues.

And the last book of her collection brings good organic creations for kids parties, with natural sugar found in fruits.


You will see some Halloween party dishes on recipes 5, as well, and throughout the books many different cheesecakes without sugar, but tasting great!


Chef Lille incorporated In her Vitamin C category not only orange juices, but recipes that carried high amounts of Vitamin C, according to her Nutrition chart. That will be found in Recipes 7.


And so on, intercalating with her books, videos on how some of the items are to be prepared are available in You Tube.


Chef Lille is not a diabetic person, not she suffers from liver or kidney failure, but she met people whose only option was to go to a complete transfusion of the blood supply. She found out that her salads healed a person of interest, to the point that he never needed to go to Hemodyaleses and has been working ever since. Chef Lille, herself, only had a Tendonitis, which she took care of by Nutrition methods, and has written 8 books so far, with her tendons working fine. The other recipes are made with herbs, which are great for digestion. It will keep you from repeating and will leave a great taste on your tongue buds.


Chef Lille has self-produced here in the U.S.A., so it is completely an American product, in these times of outsourcing jobs.
